Junior IT Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing specifications as requested by sales and account management units, documenting business processes effectively, and ensuring that various infrastructure elements are up to date and available. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will analyze requirements by checking for derived requirements that are logical to customers' requests, outline requirement specifications using standard templates, and manage requirements to ensure they are stored in automated systems. You will also record, manipulate, and make reports on requirements stored in the rational tool suite and supervise requirements traceability information and record requirements status in the course of the project.
