Dialogflow Bot Specialist

Job Overview : We are looking for a skilled Dialogflow bot specialist to help us develop innovative chatbots that enhance user experiences. About the Job : The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational flows within Dialogflow CX, as well as tracking and analyzing customer interactions to improve the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities : - Building defined flow/VUI Spec into Dialogflow CX to build chatbots. - Designing conversational flow and overall conversational experience within Dialogflow. - Tracking and analyzing the customer experience with the BOT for continuous improvement and maintenance. Requirements : Must have prior BOT development experience.
