Main Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive Performance Management, KRA setting, and Talent Development initiatives. Foster a culture of growth, engagement, and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with senior management and report directly to the Head of Management.
