Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our team and help us improve our AI models. **Responsibilities:** Data Annotation: Label and annotate large datasets for training AI models, ensuring high-quality data for machine learning purposes. Data Preparation: Clean, organize, and structure raw data to be used for training purposes, ensuring consistency and quality. Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to train AI models by selecting appropriate algorithms and running training processes. Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of AI models by running test cases and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance AI models, identify weaknesses, and suggest new training methods or datasets. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or data annotation is a plus. Familiarity with data labeling tools or platforms is a plus. **Preferred Skills:** Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python is a plus.
