We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service via phone or email. Your primary objective will be to provide unparalleled support to our growing client base. This includes: Assisting clients with their insurance needs and resolving any issues promptly Supporting retention goals by reviewing policies and offering savings opportunities to clients during cancellation inquiries Enhancing our online presence through positive Google reviews Ensuring seamless operation of all necessary software during shifts and reporting any technical issues In addition, you will play a crucial role in increasing our online visibility and helping clients find the best insurance options quickly and easily. To succeed in this position, you must possess: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in computer applications, including EPIC (Broker Management System), Zoho, Applied Rating Services (ARS), and Microsoft Office We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment.
