About the role

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Executive. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, playing a key role in our Customer Operations team, and being the face of our product in front of customers/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over written and spoken English, at least 2-3 years of work experience in Tech/SaaS organisations, and a willingness to work long hours in a relatively unstructured manner. This role requires someone who can think quickly on their feet, is hungry to learn, and open to working with customers and partners from all over the globe (US/UK/Germany/Romania, etc) You'll be challenged to push your own limits and be forced to think on your feet while handling business-critical tasks
