Customer Experience Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Analyst to join our Product Support team, who can streamline and scale support operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this role, you will maintain up-to-date Statements of Work (SOWs) and Rules of Engagement (ROEs), prepare operational reports, and provide insights from support tickets to drive continuous improvement. You will also act as a business analyst, scoping data-driven initiatives and partnering with internal teams for execution, and assist with capacity planning and resource allocation for the support team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS, cloud environments, and technical support functions, with a strong understanding of automation platforms and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, and SQL.
