Our headquartered is in Paris and we also have office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 30 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. We value excellence, hard work and autonomy. Beavr is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager who will empower our team with strategic sustainability expertise, driving impact from within to our clients. We currently have 10 members on the Customer Success team, led by Rachel Herlihy, comprising both Sustainability Experts and Customer Success Managers, including juniors and seniors, as well as men and women. We allow occasional remote work; however, the team is recruiting in Paris. Therefore, it is important for the person to be located in the Île-de-France region. Role CSR expert role: Coach customers on building their Sustainability Management System. Act as a trusted advisor - providing advice, guidance. Portfolio Management: Focus on client long-term success, value realisation, retention and growth with regular touch points across your portfolio. You own the client relationship from onboarding to client renewal and expansion. Internal voice of Customer: Support building 1-to-many resources (FAQs, webinars, guides). Collect and summarise client feedback to influence building on product roadmap (new feature, releases, enhancing existing products). Share success stories internally. Participate in Customer events. Qualifications You have a first experience (internship accepted) in a role of Customer Success, Customer Onboarding or Account Management. You have a strong bias for action: we’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands on and try out new things. You are client-centric. You like our clients and they like you : you’re able to handle multiple customers/accounts simultaneously. You’re comfortable in ambiguous and changing environment (priorities can change fast in a startup). You want your work to matter. Interest for sustainable development and impact topics is a plus. Fluency in French, this role involves working with our French clients. Fluency in English, the working language at Beavr is English (slack, internal meetings). Spanish and Italian are a plus.
