Beauty Trainer cum Beautician @ WooStudio (Gurugram)
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just do services — but can set the standard for how services should be done.
At WooStudio, we’re building a beauty brand focused on quality, consistency, and affordability at scale.
This role is critical — you’ll both deliver services and train others to match that quality.
What you’ll do:
- Provide beauty services (facials, waxing, cleanup, basic hair services, etc.)
- Train and onboard new beauticians
- Ensure service quality and consistency across the team
- Create and refine SOPs for services
- Maintain hygiene, client experience, and professionalism standards
- Support in improving service processes and customer satisfaction
You’re a fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience as a beautician
- Can confidently train and guide others
- Care deeply about quality and customer experience
- Are disciplined, reliable, and detail-oriented

Details:
📍 Location: Sector 56, Gurugram (in-office + on-ground)
💰 Compensation: ₹4.2 – ₹5.4 LPA
🧠 Experience: 2–5 years preferred
