We’re looking for someone who understands the beauty and salon ecosystem and enjoys building strong, long-term partnerships.
If you’ve worked with salons, beauty professionals, or academies and enjoy a mix of relationship building, field work, and business growth, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow partnerships with salons and beauty academies across Chennai & Tamil Nadu
- Work closely with partners to increase product awareness, usage, and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
- Support partners in driving consistent sales and engagement
- Stay connected with the market to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, salon, or professional product sales
- Experience working with salons, academies, or professional beauty brands is a strong plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field travel and client interactions
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry and working with professionals
