Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with a range of responsibilities including maintaining HR records, assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel files and documentation. The role will require assisting with HR management tasks, such as onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
- A bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
