Role Description
The Beauty Consultant – Juhu SIS Counter is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their beauty and skincare needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products to create a personalized self-care experience. The Beauty Consultant will provide product demonstrations, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and ensure the counter is well-presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling transactions, managing inventory, and supporting promotional activities and visual merchandising. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with customers, and sharing feedback from the counter to help improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skincare, with the ability to understand diverse skin types and concerns.
- Solid product knowledge of beauty, bath and body, skincare, and wellness products, especially vegan and cruelty-free ranges.
- Proven customer service skills, with a warm, professional approach and the ability to create personalized recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales or beauty consulting, including achieving targets and supporting in-store promotions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain product benefits clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai at the Juhu SIS Counter, with flexibility for retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury beauty/retail environments is an advantage.
- Basic computer and POS operation skills; familiarity with inventory and billing processes is beneficial.
- High level of personal grooming and professionalism aligned with Kimirica’s brand image.
