Position Overview: The Ad Ops Sr. Associate is responsible for day-to-day implementation and setup of digital advertising campaigns. This includes ad trafficking and technical support. This position will coordinate efforts with various groups within the organization such as the investment/media buying team (internal and client side), publishers, and AdTech vendors. They will report directly to the Associate Director.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Setting up display and video assets within the ad server
  • Communicating campaign status
  • Troubleshooting online ad issues
  • Analyzing and distributing campaign performance and discrepancy reports.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of core ad technologies (e.g., DoubleClick, Innovid, IAS, etc.)
  • Administrate login requests and permission settings within the ad technology platforms
  • Guide new and junior team members through trainings and onboardings
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Troubleshooting any ad serving issues via report analysis and investigation with other parties
  • Process ad trafficking requests accurately and efficiently, including:
  • QA of trafficking sheets (identification and remediation of issues)
  • Upload/Assign creative files into the ad server, as detailed in the trafficking sheet
  • Implementation of additional ad tracking code (e.g., verification, viewability, research study etc.
  • QA and generate ad tags for distribution to publishers
  • Implement site event tags within client's conversion tag or tag management systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years technical experience across digital technologies and functions, such as: Display Ad Servers, Standard/Mobile Ad Servers, Rich/Video Ad Servers, Ad Viewability & Fraud, Behavioral Targeting Compliance, Tag Management, Dynamic Creative
  • Methodological approach to work and excellent problem solving abilities
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated skill using Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Experience working in an agency environment and knowledge of the agency media campaign planning and execution process is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and troubleshooting online technical issue

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$65,000—$65,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
