Role Description
We are seeking a Beauty Buyer for an on-site, full-time role located in Jaipur. The Beauty Buyer will be responsible for identifying and procuring beauty products that align with current market trends and customer preferences, negotiating supplier agreements, and analyzing sales metrics to optimize product offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing new brands, managing vendor relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with budgetary targets, and maintaining product quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing and purchasing within the beauty or fashion industries, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of current trends in beauty products and consumer preferences
- Analytical skills for sales performance evaluation and market research
- Ability to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and inventory levels effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with relevant buyer and inventory management software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an international retail environment is an added advantage
