Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers in finding products that meet their beauty needs, provide expert advice on skincare and cosmetic products, demonstrate product application techniques, and ensure top-tier customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches.

Qualifications
- Skincare and Cosmetic Expertise: Knowledge of various skincare and cosmetic products and applications.
- Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Sales and Retail Skills: Experience in retail settings, sales techniques, and achieving performance targets.
- Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Ability to provide tailored beauty solutions through in-depth product understanding.
- Adaptability and Passion: A genuine interest in beauty and wellness trends, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new products.
- Organization and Inventory Management: Skills in managing product displays and inventory for efficient store operations.
- Professional Certifications: A degree or certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Relevant Industry Experience: Prior experience in beauty consulting or retail management is highly desirable.
