Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor - Luxury, based in Indore. The Beauty Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, delivering consultations on skin care and self-care routines, maintaining product displays, and achieving retail sales targets. The role also involves educating customers about the features and benefits of Kimirica's luxury and sustainable products.
Qualifications
- Skincare and cosmetology knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Strong expertise in product knowledge and understanding of luxury offerings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create memorable experiences.
- Proven experience in retail sales and achieving sales targets.
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and luxury beauty products.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site retail environment and collaborate with team members.
- Prior experience in a beauty or luxury retail environment is an advantage.
