Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Suri for a Beauty Advisor. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers in selecting products, provide personalized beauty recommendations, and educate customers about product features and benefits. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends. The role also involves building strong customer relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of beauty products and current industry trends
- Ability to provide personalized product recommendations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Prior retail or beauty industry experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in cosmetology or related fields is preferred
