Job Title: Beauty Advisor
Location: Asansol
Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting beauty and skincare products based on their needs
Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay updated on latest beauty trends and product launches
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup
Customer-focused with a sales-driven approach
Presentable and well-groomed
Preferred:
Immediate joiners will be given preference
