Role Description
The Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories. The Beauty Advisor will demonstrate products, explain ingredients and benefits, and provide guidance on self-care routines aligned with Kimirica’s brand values. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, ensuring a clean and inviting store environment, managing basic inventory checks, and supporting retail sales targets. The role also requires handling customer queries, processing sales transactions, and contributing to a high-quality, inclusive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology and Skin Care knowledge to assess customer needs and offer suitable self-care recommendations.
- Strong Product Knowledge of skincare, bath and body, fragrance, and wellness items, particularly vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
- Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication in a retail environment.
- Retail Sales experience, with the ability to engage customers, promote products, and support store sales goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, including flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills for processing transactions and updating customer information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology or skincare is an advantage.
