Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor located in Gurugram. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through product selections, providing personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty solutions, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist with achieving sales targets and maintaining a welcoming retail environment conducive to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Background in Cosmetology or practical knowledge of beauty and skincare techniques
- Excellent Product Knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits to customers
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Experience in Retail Sales with a focus on driving customer engagement and achieving sales goals
- Passion for Skin Care products and staying updated with trends in the beauty industry
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and solve customer queries effectively
- Previous experience in the luxury or wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification, additional certification in beauty or skincare is advantageous
