Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to be part of our Offline Retail team. This role is centered around delivering a premium, experience-led retail journey, driving sales conversions, and representing the brand with a strong luxury service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience aligned with brand standards
- Provide personalized consultations across bath & body, fragrance, skincare, and gifting categories
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance repeat engagement
- Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene, and brand presentation standards
- Ensure store upkeep, visual merchandising, and product display are always premium
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fragrance profiles, and brand storytelling
Role Requirements
- Well-groomed and presentable personality suited for luxury retail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty, fragrance, skincare, and premium customer experience
- Comfortable working in a retail environment with weekend shifts
- Willingness to work in 9-hour roster-based shifts
Additional Details
- Onsite role based in Indore (no remote setup)
- 6 days working with rotational week off
