Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Beauty Advisor based in Gurugram. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers by providing professional recommendations, addressing their skincare and beauty needs, and ensuring a superior in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, offering product knowledge, driving retail sales, and maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment. The Beauty Advisor will also ensure that all interactions align with Kimirica’s values of sustainability and customer care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products to educate and assist customers effectively
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills, ensuring a memorable and professional customer experience
- Proven abilities in Retail Sales, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional value
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, and promoting cruelty-free beauty products
