Role Overview
We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to manage our Shoppers Stop SIS counter, engage customers, drive sales, and deliver a premium in-store experience while representing the Kimirica brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist and engage customers with product recommendations and demonstrations
• Drive sales targets and product conversions
• Maintain visual merchandising and counter hygiene
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
Preferred Background
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, or premium retail sales
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Well-groomed personality with a passion for beauty and retail
