Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Beautician at L'Oréal Paris. The Beautician provides professional beauty consultations, including skincare, haircare, and makeup recommendations tailored to individual client needs. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, demonstrating product application techniques, and guiding clients on routines that enhance their personal style and well-being. The role involves responding to client inquiries, maintaining detailed records of consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to share feedback on products and client preferences. The Beautician also supports digital content initiatives by participating in online tutorials, live sessions, and educational materials that promote L'Oréal Paris products and best practices in beauty care.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in beauty services, such as skincare, haircare, or makeup application, preferably in a salon, retail, or brand environment.
- Training or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related beauty discipline from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct clear, engaging, and empathetic remote consultations.
- Comfort with digital tools and virtual platforms for video consultations, online demonstrations, and client communication.
- Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and a client-centered approach to service.
- Ability to work independently, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively with remote colleagues.
- Interest in beauty trends and willingness to stay current with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
