We are looking for experienced Beat Trainers to join our telecom training team across Pan India locations.

Job Role- Train Retail Sales Executives, Promoters & Service Personnel
- Conduct offline classroom, online, and on-the-job training
- Train new joiners and low performers
- Deliver sessions on:
- Product knowledge
- Selling techniques
- App-based activations
👤
Eligibility- 3–5 years of sales experience
- Prior Beat Training experience in Telecom preferred
- (Oppo / Vivo / Jio / Vodafone)
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Must have own laptop & 2-wheeler
💰
Compensation- ₹40,000/- Gross per month
- Local travel allowance applicable
- 7–8 days online bootcamp (mandatory)
