About the role
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supplies
- Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the executive team
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
