Director of IT

As the Director of IT, you will lead BE-terna's internal IT organization across all countries and regions, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support our business and digitalization goals. You will report directly to the Chief Digitalization Officer and collaborate closely with Digitalization, Finance, Legal, and other group functions. You will be accountable for ensuring a well-governed, high-quality IT organization, and working with your international team, you will ensure robust infrastructure, strong security, and clear governance processes, supporting business systems and digital transformation projects.
