Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BDS Dental role located in Bengaluru. The dental professional will conduct routine and specialized dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing clinical procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients on preventive oral care and overall health. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals within Bridge Health’s integrated care model, adhering to clinical protocols, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. The dental professional is expected to provide compassionate, evidence-based care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree and valid registration with the appropriate dental council.
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and common dental procedures, with a focus on preventive dentistry.
- Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and lifestyle factors affecting oral and overall health.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and adherence to clinical safety and infection control protocols.
- Comfort with using digital health records and basic healthcare technology; willingness to work within integrated physical and digital care pathways.
- Prior experience in clinical dentistry, community dental programs, or preventive healthcare settings is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru, manage a steady patient flow, and adapt to a fast-evolving preventive healthcare environment.
