Comp: 10 - 14 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

The Mandate: We are hiring BDRs for a venture-backed, category-defining B2B SaaS platform. The firm builds complex, low-code decision engines and workflow automation infrastructure for global enterprise companies.
We are not looking for a standard lead-qualifier. We are extracting an elite, 0-to-1 "Revenue Architect" to exclusively map, target, and penetrate the US and North American enterprise markets from scratch.
The Buyer & The Playbook
You will not be selling basic HR tools or e-commerce plugins to middle managers.
You will be pitching core technological infrastructure. Your targets are highly technical stakeholders: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and IT Directors at mid-market and Fortune 500 companies in North America. You must possess the technical acumen and executive presence to navigate these complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
What You Will Execute
- 100% Outbound Generation: Self-source and build a predictable outbound pipeline exclusively targeting the US and Canadian markets. There are zero inbound leads to rely on; you hunt your own pipeline.
- Complex Prospecting: Bypass enterprise gatekeepers and map complex automation software to strategic engineering and operational bottlenecks.
- Rigorous Discovery: Conduct high-level discovery and qualification calls (MEDDIC/BANT) with C-suite engineering leaders before seamlessly handing off to the closing team.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Leverage intent data and sales automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach) to run high-volume, highly targeted campaigns aligned with US time zones.
The Non-Negotiables
- Strict Tech Sales Experience: 2 to 5 years of dedicated outbound BDR/SDR experience selling Core Tech, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, AI, or Workflow Automation. (If your experience is strictly in B2C, EdTech, or basic business apps, your candidature will not be considered for this role.)
- North American Market Proof: A documented track record of consistently crushing pipeline generation quotas specifically targeting the US or North American enterprise markets.
- Graveyard Shift Alignment: You must be highly accustomed to operating flawlessly on a deep night shift (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST) without a drop in execution velocity.
- Remote Infrastructure: You must have a dedicated, disruption-free workspace with enterprise-grade internet and power backup.
