To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Senior Associate Consultant in the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy, software selection, and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will support discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, marketing, sales, service, and reporting. As one of Ceridian's first Dayforce System Integrator partners for Human Capital Management (HCM), BDO has established a strong presence in North America as one of Ceridian's most strategic partners. As a Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end implementation process of the Ceridian Dayforce HCM solution for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ceridian Dayforce implementations, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR processes and technology. Job Duties The Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant will own the following responsibilities: Acts as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM) HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll Leads all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live Conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, documents, & validates client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality and customize the Dayforce solution accordingly. Configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules. Provides internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green. Implements Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices. Working Environment: Hybrid Trains client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities. Manages multiple client/project engagements simultaneously. Identifies best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian. Completes new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce. Other duties as required. Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST and 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST Supervisory Responsibilities: Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders. Manages project workstreams as directed. Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA IT from an accredited university, required; Experience Six (6) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. required Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required. Four (4) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required. Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred. Prior work experience working with US based clients, required. Client facing consulting experience, preferred. License(s)/Certification(s) Ceridian Dayforce certification, preferred. Software Experience with one or more of the following Ceridian Dayforce solutions required: Talent Intelligence Human Resources (HR) Benefits Intelligence Workforce Management (WFM) Advanced HR Analytics Payroll Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Business process mapping experience. Experience Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions. Experience engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time. Experience with Change Management. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required. Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills, preferred. Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment.
