Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer (BDO) located in Patna. The BDO will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, managing customer relationships, promoting the company’s financial products, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, customer documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of financial products and an understanding of the microfinance or small business funding segments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site capacity
- Relevant experience in financial services or similar roles is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
