Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the United Kingdom market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue conversion, with a proven track record of building and managing pipelines in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate high-quality leads within the UK market through various channels (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.)
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline and client data
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for prospective clients
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue, and pipeline growth
- Represent the organization in client meetings, virtual discussions, and industry events
Key Requirements:- Minimum 6+ years of experience in business development with a strong focus on lead generation
- Proven experience working with international clients, preferably in the UK market
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or consulting industries
- Familiarity with UK business culture and market dynamics
- Experience in outbound sales strategies and account management
- Ability to work in overlapping time zones (UK hours)
