Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (CMS) based in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and promoting RNFI's payment solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with internal teams to meet financial targets and optimize service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Digital Payment Solutions, CMS (Cash Management System), and payment gateways
- Ability to analyze market trends, create tailored pitches, and close deals
- Demonstrated experience in managing distributor and retailer networks
- Familiarity with financial services and banking mandates is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
