Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Bengaluru is for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Sales. The BDM will identify and acquire new business opportunities by building relationships with HORECA clients, promoting products, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include strategizing to meet sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in HORECA Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Preferably someone who has worked with Godrej Nature's Basket, Godrej Agrovet, Haldiram's, Bikaji Foods International, Paper Boat, Epigamia, ID Fresh Food, Wingreens Farms or likes
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in BDM/Sales
- Proven skills in Negotiations, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Growth
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet business targets
- Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry, particularly in Paan or related sectors, is a plus
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
