Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in US clients. The BDM will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business relationships. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, maintaining contact with clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements promptly and effectively. The BDM will contribute to achieving revenue targets while fostering long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development, client relationship management, and sales acumen
  • Experience in IT staffing and technology consulting; ability to identify client talent needs
  • Proficiency in research, analysis, and lead generation techniques
  • Familiarity with IT skillsets like Java, .NET, Full stack, angular, react, Cloud platforms, QA Automation, Data Engineering, Oracle, SAP, and DevOps is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Capability to drive results and achieve set revenue goals in a competitive market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; industry certifications are a plus
  • Proven track record in working with US clients and familiarity with work authorizations like H1B, H4 EAD, and others
