Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru for a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and executing consultative sales approaches. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Prospecting, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and staying up to date on industry trends will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and consultative selling
- Experience in market research, identifying business opportunities, and analyzing industry trends
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and data analytics
- Knowledge in IT services, staffing industries, or digital marketing solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment and deliver results
- Strong networking skills and a professional demeanor
- Availability to work from the Bengaluru location
