On-site role for a BDE/BDM - US IT Staffing located in Noida at Vision Infotech Inc./Few Logics IT Systems LLP. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable staffing solutions to meet those needs. The BDM will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Strong Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the IT staffing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
