Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Development Executive (BDE) positions. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Business Development, lead generation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of market analysis, client research, and competitive landscape
- Knowledge of technology/software industries is an advantage
- Ability to work proactively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
