Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include market research and analysis, building relationships with potential clients, identifying sales leads, managing client interactions, and closing deals. You will also work on creating and implementing business strategies, presenting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Experience with Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting targets
- Prior experience in the IT industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
