Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Shimla. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client requirements and the company’s objectives. Additionally, the BDM will actively contribute to enhancing brand positioning through networking and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
- Proven ability in Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, web and app development, and cloud solutions, is highly advantageous
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
