Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Mumbai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves market analysis, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including client prospecting, deal negotiation, and relationship management
- Proven expertise in market analysis, sales strategy development, and revenue generation
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and advanced knowledge of business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
- Relevant experience in technology services or IT-related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
