Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Jamshedpur. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Core tasks include developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating business deals. The BDM will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Proposal Development, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving capabilities
- Ability to establish and nurture sustainable client relationships
- Prior experience in the technology or IT services domain is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
