Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Panaji. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Duties include market research, formulating and implementing strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the BDM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
- Market Research, Lead Generation, and Networking skills
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation capabilities
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Familiarity with the IT services industry, including software and app development, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
- Readiness to work in an on-site role based in Panaji
