Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) for our on-site location in Ranchi. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on organizational goals and develop strategies for market expansion. Additional responsibilities include preparing business proposals, pitching to potential clients, and tracking sales metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
- Ability to develop and pitch compelling business proposals
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with IT services, such as software development, app creation, and cloud solutions, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
