Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM), based in the Kamrup district. The BDM will identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, develop effective sales strategies, and negotiate contracts. Daily tasks involve market research, generating leads, creating proposals, forecasting revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development
- Strong communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking capabilities, including Revenue Forecasting and Data Analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team setting
- Experience in technology-related services or IT solutions is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
