Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role based in Howrah. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, managing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes ensuring client satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Knowledge of technology-driven services such as software development, IT consulting, and cloud solutions
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
