Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Delhi. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing market insights, and developing effective business processes to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Management
- Experience in Sales Forecasting, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the relevant industry or sector is an advantage
