Key Responsibilities
Build, nurture, and expand developer relationships across Bengaluru for ANAROCK’s business verticals.
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with real estate developers.
Use digital marketing knowledge to guide developers on the right solutions and improve performance outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Sales, Operations, Creatives) to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and execute territory-specific business and revenue plans.
Track competition, market trends, pricing, and developer activities.
Represent ANAROCK at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
🎯 Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Developer Relations (Real Estate experience strongly preferred).
Strong existing network of developer contacts in Bengaluru.
Understanding of digital marketing—lead generation, performance campaigns, funnels, metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to operate independently.
Must own a bike for regular developer visits.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
