Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for the APAC region. The BDM will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, conducting market research, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth in the APAC region. Additionally, the BDM will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with organizational goals and ensure satisfaction of partner and customer needs.

📍Location - #Remote
💰Package - Upto 7LPA - 8 LPA.
🏢Experience - 4+Years in B2B (End-to-end Sales cycle.)
📚Qualifications: Graduate in business/marketing, (MBA preferred).
Roles & responsibilty -
💠Lead Generation, Prospecting, client meetings and Conversion.
💠Client relationship development.
💠Sales effectiveness monitoring.
💠Negotiation and closure.
Requirements-
💠 Need prior experience into US/APAC B2B Market, handling clients meetings.
💠 Excellent communication, negotiation, demonstration and presentation skills.
💠 4+years in B2B sales in SAAS/IT/Edtech/ERP Sales handling end-to-end cycle.
💠 Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
💠 Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
💠 Working shift may vary as per market region.
💻 Should have their own laptops.
