HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)/HVAC COORDINATOR
📍 Location: Noida (Sector 62), Delhi NCR

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) / HVAC Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing HVAC projects, and handling estimation and coordination activities.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and products
- Handle complete project sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), costing, and estimation
- Coordinate HVAC projects from planning to execution
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, execution)
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products (ducting, AHU, Air Washer, Grilles & Diffusers)
- Experience in B2B project sales
- Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
- Understanding of project planning and execution
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.TECH - ENGINEERING/ BBA / BCA + MBA
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
